Investigatory Coverage: Your basic malpractice insurance policy may or may not include coverage for state, federal, and managed care audits and investigations, including RAC audits and their cousins on steroids! We have stand-alone investigatory coverage, or if your policy already has it, then you may be eligible to purchase higher limits.
Employment Practices Liability (EPLI): Provides liability insurance protection for employment-related claims made by current, former, and even prospective employees, such as:
• Wrongful dismissal, discharge, or termination of employment
• Employment-related misrepresentation
• Violation of employment discrimination laws
• Sexual and other harassment
• Wrongful failure to hire or grant tenure
• Negligent evaluation

Internet Protection Coverage: An aggressive, broad coverage that protects doctors against regulatory and liability claims arising from the theft, loss, or accidental transmission of confidential patient or financial information, as well as the cost of data recovery.
Medical Directorship Coverage: Medical liability insurance plans generally cover clinical issues as defined by hands-on care of patients, but do not cover medical director administrative activities and decisions, implementation of resident care policies, or coordination of medical care. Therefore it is necessary to have separate liability insurance that covers the administrative duties and role of the medical director.
IME/Expert Witness Coverage: Did you know that most medical malpractice policies do not provide coverage for expert witness testimony or independent medical examinations? We also have options for a stand-alone policy that will protect you for these practices.
Long Term Care (LTC) Coverage: As we grow older we all certainly want to protect our families from being financially strapped with our care. We offer options that will pay you a cash benefit each day without regard for reimbursement paperwork once you lose two or more functions of daily living.
